Attendees: Please make sure to get your attestations completed no later than Monday, August 24th. Certificates will be emailed within a week from that date. You can find the attestation on the web syllabus that was emailed to you before the conference. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email hgriffin@woma.org.
The Washington Osteopathic Medical Association (WOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. WOMA will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation.
Cancellation Policy:
